We continue working on a variety of initiatives to promote gender equity and workplace inclusiveness at the company.

One way we express this commitment is to use inclusive language in our internal and external communications, and we are still in the process of modifying documents, policies, job postings and other material to achieve this goal.

So far, we have analyzed accessibility conditions in five factories
where we have hired people with disabilities.

In 2017, 1.2% of the personnel employed in the work centers where the Lala Inclusiveness Program is in effect had some type of disability.
